Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests for products that arrive damaged, melted, or significantly different from their description. To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs showing the condition of the products and packaging. Given the artisanal nature of our chocolates, slight variations in appearance are normal and not eligible for refunds. Custom orders and personalized selections are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Shipping costs are only refundable in cases where we are at fault for the delivery issue.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
