By placing an order on our website, you agree to purchase artisanal chocolates according to the specifications and prices listed. All products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance from the images shown. We reserve the right to modify our product offerings, prices, and services without prior notice. Orders are considered confirmed only after payment verification and our confirmation email.

Due to the delicate nature of our chocolate products, we take special precautions in packaging and shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping providers or extreme weather conditions that may affect product quality. During warm weather months (above 25°C), special cooling packaging will be used at additional cost.

Given the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you receive damaged products or are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after verification. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be processed. For special orders and custom products, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of order placement.
